The Organizers shall allocate to the Exhibitor, according to the type of display ordered, the standard equipment, components, and accessories as specified below.
The booth’s location and size shall be determined according to the registration form. The Exhibitor undertakes not to exceed the allocated area and not to change its location without prior written approval from the Organizers.
The Exhibitor acknowledges that the exhibition floor plan is tentative and that the Organizers reserve the right to modify booth locations according to overall space allocation and logistical needs.
The Exhibitor must comply with all instructions of the Organizers’ representatives. Signs or banners may not be placed outside the allocated booth area without prior approval.
Any additional equipment ordered from the Organizers beyond what is specified above will be subject to extra payment, payable immediately upon request.
Delivery and removal of exhibits shall be conducted only through designated entrances and during times specified by the Organizers. No decoration work or product movement is permitted during visitor hours.
To maintain the professional image of the fair, the Exhibitor undertakes not to dismantle or vacate the booth before the official dismantling time set by the Organizers.
The Exhibitor shall vacate the allocated booth of all persons and items by the date and time specified in the Exhibitor Instructions Sheet provided before the event.
Any items left on-site after the specified clearance time may be removed by the Organizers at the Exhibitor’s sole expense and risk. The Organizers shall bear no responsibility for loss or damage to such items.
The Exhibitor may distribute promotional materials only within its booth area.
It is strictly prohibited to distribute materials in aisles or public spaces, or to include another exhibitor within the allocated booth without prior written approval. Exhibitors may promote only their own business and not third-party advertisers.
The Exhibitor shall take all legally required and customary precautions to ensure the safety of the public, the Organizers, their employees, other exhibitors, and its own personnel. The Exhibitor is solely responsible for any damage to persons or property arising directly or indirectly from its participation.
The Exhibitor shall be fully liable for any damage caused to the booth, furniture, equipment, or any property belonging to the Organizers, venue, or other exhibitors, whether caused intentionally or by negligence.
The Exhibitor shall obtain, at its own expense, insurance coverage for all risks associated with its participation, including personal injury and property damage to any third party, as well as loss or damage to the Exhibitor’s own property or rented equipment.
The Exhibitor’s insurance policy shall also cover its employees, subcontractors, and any person acting on its behalf for all damages or losses that may occur.
The Exhibitor may cancel participation up to 60 days prior to the fair and receive a refund of payments made (at their nominal value), excluding a non-refundable registration and handling fee of 1,800 NIS.
The Exhibitor shall pay, as agreed liquidated damages, the full registration fee plus 45% of the total participation fee due.

If registration is made close to or during the fair, all obligations under this agreement, including cancellation terms, shall remain fully valid.
This document supersedes all prior understandings, negotiations, or representations—whether oral or written—between the parties.
No modification or addition to this agreement shall be binding unless made in writing and duly signed by the Organizers.
The Organizers reserve the right to postpone the fair in the event of Force Majeure—including, but not limited to: war, acts of hostility, national emergency, epidemic or pandemic, natural disaster, general strike, or any government or regulatory order prohibiting the event, or any other circumstance beyond the Organizers’ control that prevents the fair from taking place as scheduled.
In such cases, the postponement shall not be deemed a breach of contract, and the Exhibitor shall not be entitled to any refund or compensation.
The Exhibitor shall be entitled to participate in the rescheduled event or, at its choice, in the next available edition (or the one following it) of the same fair, maintaining the same booth size, booth type, and target audience.
The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any matter related to this agreement and its performance shall be the competent courts of Tel Aviv–Yafo, Israel.
